Rules of the "Gold Rust" Project

General Information

1. By playing on the servers of the "Gold Rust" project, it is important to familiarize yourself with and follow the rules of conduct on all servers!
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from punishment.

2. The project administration may change and/or supplement the current rules with or without notice to the project's players.

3. Administrators or moderators choose the punishment for players themselves, depending on the violation. Thus, you may receive a warning, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban. As a rule, for violating the established limit on the server, everyone who was caught violating the limit receives a ban until the end of the server's wipe, but for no less than 2 days. If you receive a ban for violating the limit on one server, you can play on another. For repeated violation of the rules, players are punished with an increased term at the discretion of the administrator or moderator. For using "cheats" (Wallhack, macros, etc.) a permanent ban including all team members. A team member may appeal.

4. If you receive a ban on one account, you may be banned for ban evasion or switching accounts.

5. Administrators can call a player for a check at any time (but are not obligated to do so, as the administrator has enough tools at their disposal). For this, you must have a Discord account. If you happen not to have Discord, the admin will ban you with the reason: Refusal to be checked! We ask you to take care in advance to install and register an account on Discord. You have the full right to refuse the check, but in this case, we will be forced to ban you on all servers.

6. To complain about an administrator or moderator, you can send a message to the VKontakte community https://vk.com/grust_project

By entering the server, you agree to our internal rules and undertake to comply with them.

Chat Rules

1. The chat on the server is intended for communication; spam and flooding in the in-game, discord, and VK chats are prohibited.

2. Advertising of third-party resources/projects is prohibited.

3. Flooding in the chat is prohibited - filling the main chat frame with a large number of meaningless messages.

4. It is forbidden to openly dispute specific actions of an admin in the chat.
For this, use a private conversation or a ticket.

5. It is forbidden to impersonate an administrator or moderator and write on their behalf.

6. Discrediting, insults directed at the project, administrators, moderators, or any of the servers are prohibited.

Gameplay

1. In case of detection, storage, or distribution of software or any other means (e.g., cheats or macros) that provide an advantage over other players, upon verification - a permanent ban.
Detecting the purchase/subscription/sale is considered equivalent to use.

2. Players are prohibited from exploiting game or website glitches (bugs).
They must be reported to an administrator immediately.

3. It is forbidden to violate the server limit if it is specified in the name (for example, MAX3 - no more than 3 players in a team, cupboard, turrets, doors, sleepers in a house).

4. It is forbidden to switch from team to team for raiding or anti-raiding.

5. Alliances between teams, assistance in raiding, anti-raiding, "camping," roaming, resource exchange (save zone is an exception), giving away bases, houses are prohibited for servers with a limit.

6. It is forbidden to place sleeping bags or beds of players not from your team in a house (for servers with a limit).

7. It is forbidden to mislead players: impersonating an administrator or moderator.

8. Stream sniping is prohibited.

9. Selling in-game items/services for real money is prohibited.

10. The administration of the "Gold Rust" project does not refund your donation or loot lost as a result of your death or other problems related to game shortcomings (bugs) or updates from the developers. It is not responsible for your actions in the game and does not act as a guarantor in transactions, does not provide assistance in raids, building houses, etc.

11. A digital product purchased from the internal balance of the site may be canceled if the service has not been activated, i.e., not used on one of the servers of the "Gold Rust" project.

12. If you or your teammate violated the rules and was blocked on the servers for using cheats, the entire team is subject to the block. In case of a ban, funds from the balance are not returned and services are not canceled, the same applies to all team members.
